Head of cabbage shredded
8-9 (maybe more if small) Green Onions (chopped with green stems)
8 tablespoons sesame seeds
large packet of slivered almonds - toast almonds (on cookie sheet 10 minutes in 350F oven) put them in salad
2 packets of top ramen - Crush up the noodles (do not use the flavoring packet) I crush them while still in packet. I also add the crushed ramen right before serving so they don’t get too soggy.
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt (adjust for taste)
1 1/2 teaspoon of pepper ( “ “ “ )

1 cup of salad/vegetable oil
8 table spoons of rice vinegar
8 table spoons of fine granulated sugar
